Okay, one more fall picture, maybe. It has been a weird fall for picture taking. I try to get a reflection image of fall trees in the river near me and keep ending up with abstract art images. It's not all bad.

Brown bread is one of those things where every woman in the family, big family, has a slightly different recipe and they all think theirs is the best.😁I listened to all of them, concocted my own derivation, and did not dare tell them that I changed their recipes!

#TravelThursday Never heard of it, but why not? For this one, drive to the middle of nowhere in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, drive another ten miles, stumble onto a river and take some pictures because the rocks are cool!😁

First we had World Dessert Day, and now we have World Bread Day. Is this a great planet or what?! Mine, beer bread left, and a dense brown bread sweetened with brown sugar, honey, and molasses on the right. The brown bread is so dense that it is hard to cut, but the effort is worth it! #baking
