Yeah I've always loved mythology I guess? One of my fond childhood memories was reading this huge book of Egyptian mythology in my town's library. During year one covid when I was on light duty I read Gilgamesh lol

tbh because they're so nice and experimental I'm terrified of opening them and ruining the book lol even though books are meant to be read. I really wanna read

I think I read somewhere that it's the chemical composition of paper that results in that "book smell" we know about? Books are just full of sensory goodness.

I missed Enuma Elis but jumped on this 🥰 I got a few other of their books. They are like, so nice. I love the feel of them hand bound books. And the SMELL god now I want to find that old Hans Christian Andersen book we got from a yard sale and sniff it too
