Aussie workers are spending less time stuck in traffic thanks to working from home.

With more people logging in from home instead of heading into the office, peak-hour crowds on roads, trains and buses have thinned out—making commutes quicker for everyone.
The Services Union expanded our 27 Ways and Growing Campaign to include Mental Health & Wellbeing as our 30th Way.

Since then, our members have won important gains at the bargaining table, but there is still more to do.

Big win for workers in small business: the Right to Disconnect is now law. This means no more unpaid calls, texts or emails after hours. 💪

All workers deserve time to rest, recover and switch off. 😴

This win comes after years of campaigning by ASU members. This is union power in action. 💪
Community and disability workers have been clear: if pay is undermined, many will have no choice but to leave. A new Award must protect pay so workers can stay and continue building their careers in the sector.
