Money for luring people into the russian army is running out - fast.

In the Samara region, payments to contract soldiers have been reduced fivefold — from 3.6 million rubles to 400 thousand, excluding the federal part.

A similar reduction previously occurred in Tatarstan.

Also note that grass in the yard of the Finnish school. It is green, hence certainly poisoned. Poor Finnish students, they'll never make it to be good ground meat!
Needless to say that itt is a very small school and doesn't look at all like a school but more like a russian embassador's datcha.
