So I stayed up until around 2am helping a classmate with his homework that's due today. I already finished it but I tried giving him hints and nudging him in the right direction but because of the nature of the homework it was hard to understand

So I spent last night in the other bed. I might spend one more night in there just to try to keep the bad thoughts out for a little while and maybe reset my brain... We'll see what happens.

These nights come and go, but when they appear, they hit like a truck. Makes work just a little tougher

I went into the other room, took my CPAP and pillow with me and I plan on putting on a movie I've seen a thousand times to help me get to sleep

Sometimes in the silence of it all, the thoughts echo so loud that I can't escape them. Once they take hold, I need an outside source to drown them out :(

Sometimes, right before you put on a movie to drown out the noise, you put on a song that gives you wave after wave of chills down your spine from the drop. I haven't felt that in a long while and wow I definitely needed that before bed
