I only use MassPay because Throne requires it, but somehow a balance got stuck in MassPay. So my Throne withdrew, but it never went to my bank I think.

I got told I was being charged $10 for not withdrawing for 180 days, but I have a $0 balance on Throne?

Trying to figure out if the email is just automated and I should ignore it, or if I got hit by mistake & need to fix it.
