I'm so sorry for your loss, that's beautiful! My grandpa suffered from dementia for a long time as well, after he passed away and we got all his things we found his wrist watch stopped at the exact time of his time of death. I swear things like that aren't coincidence

Laid my gram to rest today.
Years ago she had planned things for her funeral and had a poem my sister read at her service about being lifted up on an eagle’s wings.
While at the cemetery just after, a big bald eagle circled overhead before drifting out of sight. It’s blown me away all day.
