I'm always on the lookout for different seeds and my home province has a seed store which sold this variety. The plant was highly productive which I've enjoyed but was a bit late to ripen ( thankfully I started indoors in the spring ) but next season I'll do several pots.

I had tried a little bit when it was first cooking down so I suspect the flavor would have changed at the end result. My initial impression was too spicy for me, but I suspected as much lol. But I'm bringing some into work for my coworkers to try who loves spicy. Will update 🐰🌶✨️

Well my first fermentation is on day 11 and I wanna check the PH. I'm excited and nervous. I feel like you're supposed to try and not open the ferments if at all possible but I only really wanted 10 days initially up to 21. If it's below 4.6, I'll blend it up and prepare for bottling. #fermentation
