The saddest part about this game is that it feels like 2021/2022...where the Wings are down by 2+, the building is lifeless, and Ken and Mic are just chatting away for 2 periods.

Sadly, I fear he bet on the wrong horse in Edmonton. But man what a smart deal for him.

2 years is enough time to give Edmonton nearly $12mil in extra space to find a cup winning team...but also enough time for McDavid to be in his prime and leave when this contract expires.

The DeBrincat/Kasper/MBN line was really interesting. Fast, feisty and the potential to produce a lot of goals.

Almost everything in the write up is true (sans the Albert Johansson slander. Dude was a rookie playing 2nd pair matchups on his offhand, when he is better suited for a 3rd pair role...give him a bit of a break)
