For passive Pokémon, however, you need to hit a number of them with berries and warp away while they are scared, which can be difficult." If you have unlocked MMOs, then for a select number of static alphas in Legends Arceus, you can actually do soft-resets for them! If you want to focus on one of these mons specifically, this is the fastest way to hunt for them. SBCoop has a great video guide here! youtu.be/uUzLNMORax8?... 🧵 (5/7)

There are a few ways to hunt for shiny alphas in Legends Arceus, but the simplest is to use the static alphas that spawn in each map. Here are the routes I use for checking them, found at game8.co/games/Pokemo... 🧵 (3/7)

Simply go to the map with a static alpha you want, fly over to check it, and if it's not shiny, then reset back to Jubilife! For those who want to check every static alpha, the routes I use are included in this thread." The second says "Unfortunately, resetting to Jubilife does take quite a while each time, and gives a high likelihood of phasing. The other major downside is this method only works for species that have static alphas. There are luckily two other methods of hunting for shiny alphas in Legends Arceus, each of which solves one of these issues: soft resets and the permutation method." The final text box reads: "The most basic soft resets can be done on any Pokémon in a 'sub-area,' like Snowpoint Temple. If you save before entering, you can check the Pokémon, then reset the game." Next to the final text box, there are two images of shiny Crobat and Gallade, which have labels of "Wayward Cave (Coronet Highlands)" and "Snowpoint Temple (Alabaster Icelands)" respectively.
