It is amazing how we influenced so much there. And then in reverse how much their influence grew from what they took from western RPGs.

Also neat trivia: Wonder why in most anime orc's are pig like?

Oh I'm good now, I've watched it hundreds of times...literally. But still...to realize that fact kind of gave other movies or shows or comics or games weight when they did it growing up.

i owe Optimus Prime for getting me through the Red Wedding from Game of Thrones in a way. :P

Transformers the Movie.

Seriously, it killed off my childhood. I didn't even get that kind of thing from Star Wars with their occasional passing of a main character.

Seeing all the fatalities in the first third was eye opening and made me realize...heck with the right story we could lose ANYONE.

I have begun to play Y, going slow as I got a lot of games that came out that I wanna play. (Plus we got the DLC coming, I am in no rush)

But I think 30, aside from a few Original Generation games for Nintendo handhelds are the only ones legit brought here.

I want the DCU to work to him, earn him. Don't just rush in. No fancy set ups but also use other guys first. Freeze, Hush, Riddler, anyone else.

Basically to quote TDK: ENOUGH FROM THE CLOWN.

Let us miss him a while before we use him. That way when he's finally deployed, he has weight again.

(I mean Kitana and jade are generally good, but they look out for their people first. Sindel is good except for MK 11 Sindel...it just gets murky from here.

The Special Forces are good, if a bit rigid. Liu Kang is mostly good, except when undead. Raiden is good unless he's corrupted by bad guy energies. The second Sub-Zero is good. Scorpion became good. Johnny Cage is good. The rest begin to fall into morally grey to Shao Kahn the ultimate evil.

I'm hoping it all works out after Injustice 3. I did like the ideas in MK1, I just think they needed to cook more. I do hope they work things out and make something solid in the time between games.
