Tails: But I— Sonic: Listen, kid PANEL 6: A close-up of Sonic, holding up a finger as he glances back at Tails without changing direction. Sonic: I get it It’s cool as heck I’M cool as heck Just an honest-to-goodness hero Five panel comic page of a Sonic fancomic. PANEL 1: Sonic turns around mid-stride, shrugging his shoulders with one eyelid halfway down. Sonic: If you wanna look up to me, that’s cool I could not possibly blame you Just uh PANEL 2: Sonic holds an open palm up to a blank looking Tails, the two of them stopped in place. Sonic: Do it from a distance, alright? I've got places to be PANEL 3: A cloud of dust appears where Sonic was a moment ago, his sudden departure blowing back Tails' fur and tails, with a big "ZIP!" above it. Sonic: Okaycatchyalater PANEL 4: Tails looks to where Sonic was, dumbfounded. The female squirrel and male rabbit he was talking to before have returned, walking casually into view. The rabbit has a nervous smile, his lower eyelids showing. Tails: Wow. Squirrel: Yeah. Rabbit: That’s him. PANEL 5: A long panel of a somewhat crestfallen-looking Tails raising a finger with his ears drooping a bit, in front of a vague dark blue background. Tails: Sonic… is a jerk.
