Fully AGREE! What gets under my skin though is sexual assault labels. The rebranding of terms like victim to survivor specifically. I know it’s meant to be empowering & whatnot. But dammit I’d rather be known for the person I am & not identified by the terrible shit someone did to me.

If you like punk blues it’s well worth the hunt. Double album with bonus DVD footage, these boys included everything AND the kitchen sink. One of my top albums & not a skippable song on the whole thing.

It’s kind of faux curls. I get some wave to it naturally but it’s more defined when it’s shorter. Not as much weight holding it down. If that makes sense. If I scrunch it with some mousse while it’s wet I can get a decent result. So fingers crossed.

I think it was TOO flat. She straightened it to cut it but my hair was really staticky so it just didn’t have ANY body to it whatsoever. I’ve washed it now so I should get some volume back as it air dries with a little product in it.

Have been to the hair dressers. She did exactly what I asked but I’m not sure I like it. My face is looking MUCH rounder than in the pictures when I previously had it this short. Going to have a shower & let it dry curly. Might be better.

Anyway… nothing to fret over too much. It’ll grow back.

Nah. I’m in the US. The middle bit. I just have an odd sleeping schedule so you’ll see me in your early morning hours. Our pups have tiny bladders & wake me up at all hours.

It’s haircut day for me. Thinking of bringing it back up just above the shoulders. Get more curl out of it that way AND can’t just throw it in a ponytail all the time. I’m so lazy & this helps me to actually fix it.

I would leave it be if the daytime high would be warm enough to bring the house back up to temp. As it is we’re only supposed to have a high of 58° today.

It’s a brisk 64° in the house right now. I’ve layered up but today may be the day we have to kick the heating on. We’ve had a long, long Indian summer here.
