Drawing challenges (or writing or other arts/crafts) aren't neccessarily bad but it sadly is deeply linked to how we view/treat art and social media
When it starts being smth to stress over and focuses on the "posting" rather than the "creating" part, it's better to reevaluate why u want to join

Feeling so much and just my body can't stop crying. I need to go to sleep but I just keep crying.

Haven't cried like this in years..
Idk even the reason why I'm crying, but suicidal thoughts keep popping up
