I think it's happening. That period of artistic growth when everything you make looks like garbage to you because your artistic eye has advanced but your skills haven't caught up yet.

It's frustrating, but it also means growth is on the horizon! I'm so glad I learned this is a real thing.

So I'm a deconstructing exvangelical and I'm watching The Chosen. I feel v rusty on my Bible memories but I'm also wondering, did they even teach us the Bible? Or just the parts we could use to argue with people on things like gay marriage?

I'm trying to justify red-eyed Tyler/Clancy. Was there something about Clancy being live-seized? I think I saw someone post about how Clancy can be live seized but that might have been a theory before we knew for sure of the multi Clancy-verse/cycle thing.

Especially if you had an abusive childhood, you stuff that shit down. And sometimes our child selves come out to protect us later. And yes, that's very normal.

As far as venting, I feel like that's a different thing. Venting could keep a person triggered I suppose.

Oh man 😥 concerts are intense physically and emotionally. It's probably pretty common for that to happen! I was pit at a metal concert once and I thought I was dying. Anyway, I hope you can laugh at this experience in the future and I hope you had a good time otherwise!

Most of the time Drag Path makes me emotional but sometimes when I hear the line: "sad sack, Laying on the surface" all I picture is Frodo wrapped up being dragged around by Shelob.
