Given all the ethnic cleansing I would say decisively not which is also why the U.S. and UK were not antifascist. 1 is either diametrically opposed to fascism, an antifascist, or not.

Antifascism is an ideology. One cannot be antifascist some of the time and then do race based atrocities the rest of the time. The segregated U.S. army wasn’t antifascist despite shooting Nazis. Just like an American cop arresting a proud boy isn’t suddenly antifascist.
