She giggled at his feigned heartbreak, before sighing and shaking her head.

"I think they're tired of me always beating them in spars. Some of them say they don't want to fight me anymore because they know they'll lose, and don't want the bruises to prove it."

She lets out a small hum of thought before nodding, then reaches up to boop his nose.

"Good. Because I need someone to drag to sword practice, and the soldiers are getting... Annoyed by me."

She smiles, happily nuzzling her face into his chest.

"I've missed you. I was afraid... Afraid you'd left again."
