It’s like I’m just a robot blindly moving through everything on autopilot and it sort of just fucks with my memory which sucks

I wish my parents would take me to therapy or something but they never listen and think I’m overreacting so it gets to a point where there’s no use in asking them anymore

Like I’ll just feel really sick, have a hard time breathing or just feel horribly dizzy, Sometimes it’ll get bad enough where I can’t even move for a bit

It’s either this or I just don’t even feel like I’m real and I’m just sort of numb to everything around me

I genuinely hate how anxious I can get
It’ll sometimes just be so oppressive that it’s outright debilitating and stops me from functioning normally in a social sense and also just normally?

Beyond a “ohh I’m so nervous of interacting with others” sense
I usually just isolate to avoid the feeling
