Being realistic, Fetterman's stroke could have affected his personality and emotions. I'm not saying it as a dig but rather an issue that is beyond his control.
His actions now are what they are and may have lost an open, liberal mind to cardiovascular disease.

I have also seen plenty of attractive men doing it, too. It is usually the guys that are used to getting their way in life.
