A bit happy that these Filipino 'Embutido', turned out great on the fly. I wasn't planning on making them as they are a lot of work, but well worth it!

They're a savory sweet meatloaf Filipino dish that's popular during the Holidays. It is steamed in small logs/loaves & then sliced then fried.

Oh definitely! We've already vacuumed sealed the rest and they're already in the freezer. Husband also made his Italian meatballs so it was a lot of fun kitchen work yesterday ✌🏼✨

You can eat it with warm rice and the Embutido room temp [as they are cooked already], but I prefer browning them in some oil on a fry pan.

Cut into medallions you can fry & brown each slice before serving.

Ground Turkey Embutido with Turkey hot dogs and the usual flavors/ingredients. I just didn't add the quartered boiled egg into the log as it's a bit of work that gets lost along the way.

There was a guy driving around with a tRump flag, but downtown is impassable during rallies/protest so they never made it in town to be seen. They usually like coming into town to incite folks that live here cause we're a little progressive queer town/city.

I'm making my test run Embutido before the Holidays. They're essentially Filipino meatloaf. I kind of deconstructed mines, but it still has the same ingredients, I just didn't lay it inside, but incorporated them throughout the loaf itself, iykyk.

So I sat outside our deck for a bit. Smoldered some hand blended Peace/Prayer incense and prayed the Rosary.

I pray for peace and ease of anxiety from people's minds and hearts. I ask the Blessed Mother to cover her mantle on those that need her blessing & protection.

I did 11am-7pm years ago when I lived with my parents and was a big raver so it fit my schedule, but then I ended up getting a 6am-2pm shift then my life started shifting and I don't party anymore. So it's not suited for me & the routine/schedule I keep now.
