Hello! We have orchards. We pick up apples and pears and squash them. We wait impatiently for the juice to do something interesting in tanks and barrels, then put it into bottles, bag-in-boxes, kegs, and cans. Dreary Mondays need new cider!

This is the first time we've put a Whisky Barrel Aged cider into bag-in-box. Also the first time we've done it as a medium-dry.

Bloody Ploughman is a stunning-looking apple. This is one of the trees we planted around the farm buildings not long after we moved to Temple Farm. Looking back to when we planted those trees, we had no clue that 10 years later we'd be 'Temple Cider'.

Harvest 2025 has begun!

We started with Hellen's Early, but then realised the Thorn perry pears were slightly riper so moved on to harvesting Thorn instead.

First two photos are the Thorn, and in the final photo Hellen's Early are in the foreground.

We've just sold out of BiB perry, so no more available until the pears we'll be starting to pick this week have been transformed into this magical drink. Hope you're feeling patient! 🙃
