The prosecutors are supposed to only bring cases they reasonably think they can win. We already know that's not true here because experienced prosecutors refused to bring charges. Going forward I would not be surprised if some law licenses get challenged

Big Red was a mighty tree that was planted in front of Bloomfield High School in 1919. Unfortunately, it had grown ill and had to be taken down. That happened on Thursday when I was out of town. Fortunately, they left a bit of it standing for me to photograph.
