Si el diseño de las tablas es estándar, sólo tienes que tirar una actualización al número de imagen sin la capa de reconocimiento de anomalías, me niego a llamarlo IA. Alguien con conocimiento de plsql y del modelo de datos te tarda un cuarto de hora.

Obviando el hecho de que se ha retirado toda referencia literal a RADS-3 (la categoría clínica que obliga a seguimiento) de las historias clínicas y eso de por sí es sumamente grave, se está argumentando que el circulito rojo no es crítico porque lo añade una IA a la imagen. Voy a explicar algo.

Vaya por delante que esto no pasa porque es ilegal y además es imposible que pase por el montón de garantías que sin duda Andalucía tiene habilitadas para evitar que el informático al que has prometido no sé qué entre y haga un UPDATE "posiblemente benigno" WHERE "sospechoso". Es imposible.

Ese circulito que marcaba la lesión y que ahora no está lo marca la IA, que es una herramienta más de la que dispone el radiologo para realizar el diagnóstico y es irrelevante que esté o no esté porque en ningún caso sustituye el criterio del radiologo, ni modifica el resultado del informe.
