The painting does sorta frame Columbus as a saintly figure with the locals bowing to him, considering the torture, murder and slavery he was bringing it’s not great. A painting can still be appreciated for historical significance but the modern culture shouldn’t deify a villain.

I dont understand this at all. I don't know who this person is but this move makes me assume their entire timeline is potentially fake, and if they'd rather hide comments than delete misinformation I assume they're a grifter. Even if they aren't, thats the optics and they should realize that.

You should delete this. Its clearly fake and turning off comments make it seem like you want to spread misinfo on purpose. The 'reporter' has both hands behind their back and are somehow holding the mic too. Its ai slop and misinformation.

Dipshit does not understand we already have methods of ethically and legally sourcing art for films, it’s called paying creatives. The only reason ai exists at all is to bypass that part. It is inherently unethical as it is only financially “practical” if training data is taken via theft.
