2024 saw my weight remain the same for 10 months, no yo-yoing at all! After losing and keeping off 85 pounds, I was featured on PBS and The Washington Post...My garden is featured in this pic!!

I'm glad I planted stuff over the weekend, it is chilly and raining outside. This week, I need to fertilize, replant, and mulch the strawberry beds and plant 6 more cauliflower plants. Next week, I'll clean out some of the flower beds and put down mulch. Gardening never stops. Summer highlights ⏬️🌱

Now armadillos creep me out! I was chasing a big ol' groundhog out of the yard, but only because he wants to eat ALL the collards and none of the kale! Like...you got preferences???

Pot of navy bean soup on the stove, as I wait for the sun to rise. Planting again today...more garlic and potatoes going down, as well as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts. The weather makes clear that I am a gardener and NOT a farmer...I don't like being out there in the cold! 🌱

Need to be outside in the garden already, but it's chilly! Harvesting peanuts, peppers, tomatoes, and flower seeds today. Planting garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and herbs. Had my kiwi vine pruned, so I dont have to climb a ladder to get to the trellis! Visitor is gone...🌱
