Experimenting with textures and masking for the soft outline shader!

Going to support masking and textures from both the UV of the mesh itself, and a camera facing UV.

Allows for doing stuff like on the sphere at the end where only some parts glow!

Finland has "free Healthcare" But it doesn't encompass everything. We too have to go trough the bitter experience that we can't afford to keep loved ones alive. It's hearbreaking trying to work hard knowing it's not gonna be anough while seeing them lose hope too.
