Well, if a court can’t or won’t force Congress to swear in a duly elected member of the House, then what use is the judicial branch? You’re saying the Speaker of the House has the power to decide which members to swear in and which ones to ignore and leave their districts without representation.

Some lower court judge might but SCOTUS will be like, “Clearly the head of the executive branch can steal money from the taxpayers. If the people didn’t want him to do that they wouldn’t have voted for him. Therefore all American money belongs to Trump.”
