I think news sites of all stripes *vastly* overestimate the desire I want to read whatever it is I've clicked through to compared to my disinclination to either give them money or put some fake registration data in their leaky-assed backend.

Nuts, innit. Hard work running a label, but you need to keep on top of the admin ESP if you're running a customer facing ecom shop. Probably shouldn't judge *too* harshly, bloke's probably got a ft job and does this at night or something.

Mailed the label again on Friday to ask if my copy had gone down the sofa - it's been months since I ordered and I only remembered during a torrid customer service dream - bloke HAD lost the order, so is now sending it out with some extras. TBH, I'll believe it when I see it.

All of the above, but with a single caveat: Kieran Prendeville is brought in and tarred/feathered in E01 for misleading the public about the durability of the CD format.
