Funny thing is, the post-9/11 airport recommendations were to mandate more security and provide training and standards, but let the airports handle the hiring. They actually started hiring and training then changed it. It wasn't very much training.

The lack of an emissive texture is on purpose: as these patch benches proliferate, they can't ALL be emissives, we'll run out. I figured Watchtower tech should get the "it's just business" treatment.
