Right now I need about one day a week spent mostly in bed.

Saturdays are coaching days and typically full of plans, so most Sundays are recovering and resting for the week ahead.

It feels strange to be both the strongest I've ever been and needing the most rest I've ever had.

Lessons from being sick during a months long diagnostic process.

I have begun learning how to rest.
It's not a skill that comes easy to me.

I know how to rest my mind, but my body is currently incapable of sustaining my typical level of activity.
