I hope this motherfucker died in a fire
Rep. Clay Higgins of Louisiana blames SNAP recipients for not stockpiling a month's worth of food.

He ends his tweet with "stop smoking crack."
I had no idea that Pierre Robert was the source of my love for A Jaguar For Christmas. And man do I love that bit.
It looks like we’re making the change, highs in the 70’s from here out on the two week forecast.
Oh the velocity was a billion miles an hour? Was it a home run? No? Cool.
And you have to go to the Motown museum. I’ve had a lot of fun up in the Metro area.
Even though the Phillies have rebuilt the team to benefit from the DH I would still switch back tomorrow.
Big fan of the concept “don’t worry, until you’re shore you have something to worry about” as a life practice. I’ll be thinking about you, please keep us posted. 💗

#Philly music fans and the radio industry gonna be sad for a while. Pierre Robert, in year 44 w/93.3 WMMR, just died. His last Thread went up Sunday. Our city reps rough, but Pierre was a beacon of kindness, a gem of a human. Gracious and calm to the end. An ambassador for his craft and hometown.
I can't believe you didn't know this! That's how I've known @95sports.bsky.social so long. 6+ years at 101.5
He is woven through time in the Delaware Valley.

Has anyone checked on Jim Gardner recently?
I hope he's doing well. What a good guy.
Oh yeah, that station has CHANGED. I'm Jessie, The Hard-Drinking Slut! Jessica Lyn on the Saturday overnights for 2-3 years. I'm still cordial with everyone, but the only person I'm still close to is Big Joe Henry. Joe is salt of the earth.
Oh I love Who Says You Can't Go Home! I feel vindicated that Pierre loved it too. I play this when I cross into New Jersey every time I go home.
Fuck, I want to hear that. I don't know if I can get up that early.
Yeah, I'm going to stay on for a while. My heart is breaking for the man on the air, but he's doing a great tribute
Pierre's death is bringing up a lot of feelings about when I was at 101.5 and our coworker, Erik Van Ness, died. 26 years old (he was an Imaging prodigy) and Cystic Fibrosis took him. I was on the air the night we buried him and it was near impossible, but radio never stops.
I don't understand why they aren't playing a bumper saying goodbye to him instead of all these promos. That could have been done in 5 minutes.
