A month ago I was drowning in depression. I made a list of happy things. Here is what I have done so far:
1. Got a lib card and started reading again.(less tv)
2. Volunteering at food pantry. 🙌
3. I’m adopting a dog!
More on the list but my strategy is working.

I started volunteering at a food bank today. It was crowded and people were thankful to receive anything but lots of requests came in for dogfood, cat food and hygiene products. Be on the lookout for sales and just drop off to your nearest food bank. Together we can make a difference.

I’m trying to adopt a dog. Each rescue’s application gets crazier than the one before. I have given my drivers license information, videotaped my house and yard and tonight’s wanted all of my social media accounts. All I want is a little pup 🐶 but they want my dna.
