Going through a breakup is so much worse when you have insomnia... Every single night I can't sleep. Every single night I have vivid flashbacks and "what if" questions flood my mind. It's louder than any flatmate or noisy neighbor..
What's worse is no earplugs or headphones dampen the sound..
