Gerade im #Locktober werden (besonders) viele Beweisbilder über Messenger verschickt oder in sozialen Netzwerken geteilt. Doch wie sieht es mit dem Datenschutz aus?

Nicht nur im Locktober werden wieder viele Kontrollbilder von "Cage Checks" durch Keyholder angefordert und teilweise auch veröffentlicht, sondern insgesamt nimmt das Thema der Fernüberwachung mit einer zunehmenden Zahl von Online-Beziehungen immer mehr zu. Wir haben schon öfter über Überwachung und Remote Control und die dabei zum Einsatz kommenden Hilfsmittel wie smarte Schlüsselboxen, elektronische Fußfesseln und Beweisbilder berichtet. Doch wie sieht es mit dem Datenschutz aus?
