2/2 Full disclosure: This is something I've yet to master, and I'm new to this type of platform, so nieve to how conversations evolve here.

1/2 I think you make a valid point, on an individual level protecting yourself from the negativity is essential, but I think we can approach polarity with a more passive engagement, triggering is optional from a wider perspective. Why does someone hold a certain view? What's driving that?

I’ve only read One Mind, but it was transformative for me, one of the most important reads of the last couple of years, and a book I’ve often recommended. Comprehensive in its rational, approachable explorations of everything you should know about the potential of the mind and its non-local nature.

I’ve realized we don’t elevate others by cutting them off but by shining a light on a better way of living. The full spectrum of morality belongs to humanity, and we must preserve the middle ground—to engage, #BridgeTheGap, and show what’s possible. We have to see an option to consider it.

I’ve found the joy isn’t in final answers but in the organic unfolding of deeper truths through authentic exploration. The journey is unending, the destination imagined. Surrendering to the process: all will be revealed in time. Savour the anticipation before discovery; it’s sweeter than the reveal.
