it's okay to want people to like your oc. validation and praise are very human needs. but here's the thing: if you don't love the shit out of your oc first- i mean you gotta be your oc's first and most important fan, to an almost unhinged degree- it's gonna be very hard for anyone else to do so

jun is a bad person who once wished to be good. he's a cross-section of a person who was given only the option to fight his way out and never considered what life would be like after he survived, when the weapons needed to be put down

he has trauma but he believes it's just part of who, what he is.

time to go all out, writers. what themes do you explore in your WoL/OCs character?

for example; aurora tackles themes of femininity, motherhood, womanhood, (in some cases) religion. For me when i make decisions as small as gender it can completely alter how I write a character!!
