If the government is closed into November, medicaid payment will start to dry up in states that cannot afford it. One way or another, trump gets his cuts.

Im starting to seriously believe the government wont re-open unless trump kicks the bucket. He HAS to have the cuts to medicaid or his agenda hits significant hurdles and his ego wont let him do it regardless of any of that.

And really really think on that...if they dont make the medicaid cuts, the rich do not get their tax cuts without trump having to take funds from his ICE goons or military. It just wont happen. And his ego wont let it happen regardless.

Of course. Because he has zero to gain by re-opening it. He gets to avoid releasing jobs reports, gets to fire whoever he wants, cut funding to blue states on any program he wishes, and avoid releasing the epstein files. He will never sign off on dems demands because its what funds his tax cut.

I am a Trans man, but as a woman in my early 20s I was kidnapped. Thrown into the trunk of a car zip tied. It would be beyond traumatic for agents to try to snag me for any reason and you bet your ass Id fight. I probably would not make it out that alive honestly. I dont think I could stop fighting.

Here's the deal: teaching a kid what trans means does not make them trans. U not educating them does not keep them from being it. All it does is make that child feel confused about themselves their entire upbringing because they have nothing that fits how they feel when it comes to gender.

I said nothing at all about superiority. I think the US has an ego proper up on fluff when it comes to how it treats its citizens and its achievements but it is not wrong to be proud of its people meeting the moment when so many are not. I dont excuse its horrors but I see its beauty also.
