Now I know you already got it lol, but easier ways it says online is to use scissors to stab it and twist out, or hammer a nail down and use the back of the hammer to get the whole thing out, idk if that one would work though lol

Yeah!! I heard of it awhilee ago, its like where you shift your mind to a multiverse i think? Basically saying theres infinite universes out there and you would be going to one from pretty much meditating or dreaming, I dont really remember the definition exactly!! Still cool though and I hope it is
