YEAH I did these entirely as a parody and purposefully derivative of the art style. That said, I did use characters that are registered to the brand so I would understand if the claims came from that angle! But instead it's on the art style which is wildly absurd to me.

The design in question doesn't contain most of what the claim states but it doesn't matter because no human was involved in any part of this process. Etsy keeps insisting that I stole the artwork (and yet remains doing nothing about dropshippers ACTUALLY stealing artwork lmao)

After a week of trying to contact an actual human being I managed to actually talk to someone at Etsy! Only to then be told to send an appeal... to an email I have already tried to contact and have since been left on read... And I guess that's just the most fitting end to this.
