The Elesa brainrot continues

Elesa standing in the sun, incredibly obese, with a large portion of her fat resting in her Arms. Her closest arm takes up nearly 40% of the image and dangles down out of view, while the other rests awkwardly against her body. Her tummy is barely visible past the two.
