A lot of angry posts can really be somebody expressing how hurt they are. No one sees How many nights they cried themselves to sleep, how they pretended everything was okay and went with anything just to please, etc.

The Anger has a lot of care behind it.

People see an online reactive post to something and just see the anger or rage, but never the hurt or how much pain was caused to provoke that reaction. So it's easy to paint someone as "the bad guy" 🤷‍♀️

No one realizes how actions caused by something or someone broke that person or drove them there
