My guess is that those positions (which are certainly popular among Democrats) will be brought up as the primaries approach. Too early a reveal would give Rs more time to find and embed the next Laken Riley into the narrative.

It *shouldn't* be, but regrettably, it is. To prosecute so many, you'll need a proper opposition party that will promise and follow through, fighting the same courts that have rubberstamped it thus far.
