Castel d'Azzano Italy - We're seeing reports that emergency services are at an explosion in a house that killed at least three Carabinieri and injured 10 others - Police were sent for an eviction when the explosion occurred, collapsing the building.

BFD was working a Manhole fire in the area of Columbus x W Canton. The Block was shut down with trucks across lanes w/ BPD detours up, they're wrapping up but traffic will be jammed for a bit

They will likely retry this case. Fingers crossed they come back with a stronger case and more coherent timeline, for the sake of Trevon’s family. WHEW apologies for the length, I felt compelled to write about this.

A crucial call between Trevon and this account seems to have prompted Trevon to leave the house wearing a mask and carrying a loaded gun. Without knowing who this key player is, the Commonwealth was unable to explain why Trevon left the house or why the Cadillac and Jeep came to his neighborhood./

witnesses were coached by the Commonwealth to change/enhance their testimony after watching surveillance video.Additionally, BPD was unable to identify “GZ Drilly” (sp?), a Facebook profile that Trevon talked to in the minutes before his death.
Facebook apparently didn’t respond to their subpoena./

unidentified. Three eyewitnesses all claimed on the stand to have seen the man on foot wearing red shoes, but all three of them previously said, in BPD interviews or in front of the grand jury, that they didn’t see what the suspect was wearing. I was left with the feeling that these well-meaning /

came from a gunman sitting in the Cadillac, and the second round was fired by the man in the red shoes. The man on foot was seen jumping into a Jeep Cherokee after the shooting. There were more people (at least one) seen getting into the Jeep before the murder, who apparently are also still /

The ballistics evidence indicates that Trevon was shot by two different people, and a lot of the Commonwealth’s strongest eyewitness and video evidence related to this still-unidentified “man in the red shoes.”
According to the Commonwealth’s version of events, Trevon was taking a walk around /

surprised. Although there was some compelling evidence placing all three defendants at the scene of the crime, there were a lot of unanswered questions about motive, sequence of events, and still-unidentified ppl of interest.
Most importantly, one of the gunmen in Trevon’s murder is still at large./

ICYMI:
A mistrial was declared this week in the trial of three men accused in the 2021 murder of Trevon Sands. After a 12-day trial and over 4 days of deliberations, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict on any of the charges.
As someone who watched most of the trial, I’m sadly not /
