Usually seasonal events dont need a maintenance though, it just pops up on the map. That and its slated for 10/15, so if it was for the event it'd start on 10/16, since All Saints Wake is 10/17.
Though if that was the case it'd be weird to call it an "emergency maintenance" and not just maintenance.

Is it just me or has it just been a lot more frequent in 7.0 to have to yank the game down constantly to hotfix things that QA probably should have caught?
Yoshida DID say they recognized they let quality start to slip though 🤷‍♂️
