The inflatables were in full force tonight in Tyler, Texas!!! This blood red is Texas city turned out more than 2000 people to fight for democracy. And the cheers and honks in support were deafening. Abbott/Trump know Texas is turning and they’re scared.

I know we are marching on the 18th, but there is a growing realization for me that our country is over. Congress is gone. Not just physically, but literally. I don’t believe for a moment they will ever come back. We’ve lost our democracy, and most of the country doesn’t even realize it.

I stayed up till 4 AM to make certain Trump did not bully his way into a Nobel peace prize. Wasn’t really that concerned, but there was a special sense of satisfaction that not only did a woman win, but a Venezuelan woman. There’s not a wall in the White House today that is safe from ketchup.
