The problem did not occur in Firefox, Safari, or applications like OBS on Windows 11 - so specifically Chrome/Edge

I experienced webcam performance issues, such as stuttering, when using Google Meet and other applications in Chrome and Edge. Disabling MediaFoundation Video Capture resolved the issue; chrome://flags/#enable-media-foundation-video=capture
