In FNaF World, Adventure Springtrap and Adventure Plushtrap share a lot of the same design traits. However, Adventure Plushtrap is shown to be missing the hole above the eye that Plushtrap had in FNaF 4. Despite that, Adventure Springtrap is depicted as having one.

"Five Nights at Freddy's: The Fright Dome" was a walk-through horror attraction held in Las Vegas, Nevada, back in 2016.
At one point during the attraction, you could see artwork of several characters on the wall including that of Springtrap.

We have received our first look at the upcoming Blighted Springtrap cosmetic for Dead by Daylight which will release on October 31st as part of the Haunted by Daylight event. This marks Springtrap's first cosmetic in the game not based on a pre-existing variant.

In the story "Into the Pit" from Fazbear Frights #1: Into the Pit, one of the arcade games listed when Oswald looks around the 1985 version of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza is that of the 1982 classic "Ms. Pac-Man".

As of 9/17/2025, today marks the 5th anniversary of when Clown Springtrap was first added to FNaF AR as part of the Dark Circus event. He has since appeared as an enemy in Fury's Rage, on an arcade machine in Security Breach/Help Wanted 2, and as a cosmetic in Dead by Daylight.

In Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit, you can see a drawing of Yellow Thing on the wall of Oswald's bedroom. Unlike his in-game sprite, he's depicted with a red bowtie and lighter colored jaw. Instead, it resembles his appearance in the graphic novel adaptation.

In the game "Into the Pit", if you dial the number "7774648" on your cell point, you'll hear audio of what's presumably William Afton getting springlocked.
Also, if one were to correspond the numbers to certain letters. The number can be decoded as "SPRINGT"

One of Glitchtrap's Lobby Animations in Dead by Daylight depicts him as waving at the player and then trying to lure them.
This is a reference to the ending of Pizza Party from Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted.

When purchasing the Five Nights at Freddy's Chapter of Dead by Daylight, the player is rewarded with a banner inspired by the vent camera renders from FNaF 3.
The banner is called "Vent Crawl" and the description consists of "He's getting closer... and closer... and closer..."

In Dead by Daylight, one of the lobby animations for "The Animatronic" is of him walking across the screen.
This is a reference to Five Nights at Freddy's 3, where Springtrap has several animations for him walking behind the office's window and the monitor you're using.

One of the "Very Rare" cosmetics you can get for The Animatronic in Dead by Daylight is that of Toxic Springtrap from FNaF AR: Special Delivery.
Unlike Clowntrap, they wanted to try their own spin on the design as stated in the second part of the Year 9 Anniversary Livestream.

Sanshee has released a new plush and pin, with the character referred to as "Retro Spring Bonnie".
It appears to be based on the poster design from Security Breach.
