I've literally only had luck with dove sensitive skin for that, it's affordable and common in stores. Being sticky or slimy from soap is actual torture for me so I've compared and contrasted

Look into local TNR groups near you! Those are groups who will trap, evaluate the cats, spay/neuter and determine if they can be adoptable or better living as strays but not able to reproduce! Sometimes Facebook or local shelters/rescues are good sources
