That is my dread: Piper/Tennant reunion. But I can't even put it past RTD, especially since 14th Doctor is still around
Well hopefully it will be closer to a Runaway Bride than to the other specials.

Although I am assuming this will focus on how/why the Docto has Rose Tyler l's face, and I don't knkw how good that will be.
Yes, you are right about Belinda. At least this incorporates her into the story.
I'm so glad that ending was dropped. I hate the idea of Poppy being Susan's mom. They could have done a really good and emotional Doctor & Susan reunion without this origin lore nonsense.
Oh, I loved Solomon! That sucks

Right! Like, ok, if that helps you try to make sense of the story, then it's fine. However it wasn't text or subtext.

Same with the idea that SpyMaster is angry with the Doctor, because the Doctor abandoned them in The Doctor Falls.
Also, Missy was never uncomfortable with being a male. She embraced her femininity, yes, but she wasn't uncomfortable with previously being a male.

There is nothing in S12 that alludes or calls back or hints at anything that happened with Missy and Twelve. There's nothing.
Yup. The Master wasn't lashing out because the Doctor was abused. I think there was even a hint of glee at telling the Doctor that their whole life was a lie and their identity has been a lie. I don't think there was even a hint of affection or friendship between them. Also.....
The man that stops the monsters!!

I always love hearing Jenna Coleman talk about filming the episode and how much she missed hanging out with Peter Capaldi.

He was filming Mummy On the Orient Express while she was filming Flatline.

Flatline premiered 11 yrs ago. This is a great companion centered episode with Clara forced to take on the role of the Doctor. The Boneless was a pretty cool villain. Funny moments with the shrunken TARDIS. Rigsy!!!!

Another homerun for Jamie Mathieson.

Then we get the awesome scene in the barn with 12/Clara about how he got his face, and the result of that becoming a tidal wave that will eventually destroy them.

The ending with Ashildr is a great representation of her experiencing the changing times and how it changes her.

Yesterday was 10yr anniversary for The Girl Who Died. Probably the most underrated Doctor Who ep written by Jamie Mathieson. I love this ep. It's funny, and for me, it took me off guard. I forgot the title, and so Ashildr's fate was like a gut punch.....

Years later they will be telling their future grandkids how they met "Well, we met when I fell in love with her crazy psychotic sister"
