One thing I do use is @bedwettingcal.bsky.social app for keeping track of stuff too! But I also now really want a physical chart and a good excuse to go buy some more cute stickers x3

Also making sure I keep associating wetting while sitting with being a good boy by repeating affirmations to myself every time I do it~ trying to see if having a little ritual lets me unlock this new power whenever I need it!

I really should just ask all my friends at any time and entirely unprompted to ask me questions like “Do you need the potty?”, “Do we need to take you to the potty?”, “Did you wet your diaper?”, “Do you need a change?” So I can constantly get ABDL and regression blasted without warning~ 💫
